A small trek downhill to reach this exotic valley, nestled between high mountains on all sides and a small brook criss crossing the landscape.
Basically a cattle and livestock grazing ground which has a wonderful attraction towards modern humans on account of the social media and selfie culture.
But anyone wishing to visit should bear in mind that the downhill trek takes around 45 minutes and uphill around an hour (with a couple of breaks). It is an unpaved vertical trail and no food or water is available in the trail.
Having said that the scenery that awaits the brave at heart and strong at stamina, is actually worth all the hardships. Better not to bring young kids or ageing adults. Only physicaly fit can undertake this adventure.
Beautiful place . Reaching the destination proves worthwhile. it provides a wonderful place to relax and peace. 1h tracking ( if you're not tracking friendly person, normally 30-40min).

We took the trekking route all the way down, there wasn't any entry fee - 40mins hike (from the opposite end of the campsite) downhill and 60mins uphill.
Beautiful place to spend by the lake and trees, esp good for picnics. There was a campsite on the other side of the river
The location could present challenges to individuals who are unable to hike, especially for older people. The path to the place is quite steep, involving a crossing through a mountainous area. The road remains unfinished and unpaved. However, reaching the destination proves worthwhile. Once there, it offers a marvelous spot to relax and unwind peacefully. The stunning beauty of the surrounding trees and the enhancing presence of water make the place even more enchanting.
The trek to this place is a bit hard and it took us nearly 30 mins to go down and 45 mins to return. The view is amazing, fresh Clean water and amazing place to chill n watch sunset. The trek is called "Bulls Trek"
It took us around 40-45 mins to trek down this bull trek, it was worth the trek, it was very peaceful and they kept the place clean, and the initiative of keeping the place plastic free makes it more appealing. A sure to visit place
Amazing place, it's a picnic spot and worth tracking for 1 hour at leisure speed. This is the source of the water and entire Shillong gets drinking water from here. Visitors are recommended to carry food and water with them.
Was there on a rainy day, but the place was truly beautiful and pleasant. And also I'd recommend that visitors wear climbing shoes \boots when visiting this site because it's a rough terrain to actually get here. Yes, you cannot bring you car all the way here, you can leave it at the parking lot about 2-3 kms from the spot. Well, you can enjoy this place only after you've climbed down a rough and narrow hill.
