Peace and calm environment. The place includes a press, library, editorial office, paper godowns, book centre, book godowns, auditorium, etc. The surroundings are filled with trees. Programs are conducted in the centre building with resembles old school dance schools. The place is not too far from city but still away from the busy and noisy atmosphere

This cultural complex serves as a research, documentation, performance, and preservation center for Kerala's art forms. The building is having traditional Kerala-style architecture with a sloping tiled roof, wooden pillars and laterite stone walls is a sight to behold. This complex houses a Koothambalam, an AC auditorium, library, museum exhibition hall, dormitories etc. The personal belongings of the Malayalam poet Vyloppilli Sreedhara Menon are also preserved here. The use of traditional materials in the building's construction reflects Kerala's local architectural traditions. Overall, it is an excellent example of sustainable, traditional architecture that promotes and preserves Kerala's cultural heritage..

Well maintained state government building complex for promoting arts and culture. Parking space is not much. The big hall shaped like a temple is very well maintained. Since there are no walls the place is airy. Seating capacity is 250. The stage is large anough for 30 people.. The restrooms were clean.

Where Inspiration Resides. Vibes are uplifting. Study haven with pocket-friendly rates. A+ staff. Silence echoes for focused work and discussions. Canteen delights with budget-friendly bites. Parking and toilets get a passing grade. An oasis of peace for learners
