My experience at the very beginning was positive with this company but as soon as our first payment was made, things slowed down tremendously and it was hard to get prompt answers. We eventually got the website up and running but then had a glitch where one of the functionalities that they developed for us no longer worked. This was very important to our business as information our customers were provided was not transferring to us on the online order. Attempts were made for over 6 months to get this resolved - and they even sent a few emails saying they would need a few days. Six months and counting and the issue was never resolved by them. I hired a different company in the end to get the job done. I would NEVER recommend this company ...
