I gave my car to repair a deep scratch on my V40 and they messed up my AC Compressor and they want to charge me Rs116k to fix something which they broke, a third party workshop was able to instantly identify that Volvo tried to fix it and that too very poorly. And they will lie about anything and everything.

No spares availability and take too long time to source. After sales service is very poor. If it's a general service, no problem. Very poor management. Feeling very bad to own a volvo.
