I had visited VLSR and was very happy with my experience. It is very easy to find as is located on the main road. The ambience of the place & the staff is very good. It's all under one roof which is so good. I would surely recommend VSLR to all.
Had a great experience visiting the khar center of VLSR, the ambience was great, premises maintained very nicely, warm welcome, nicely taken care of. Had went for Cardio tests the staff was very polite, seemed very attentive to customer's concerns and were informing every now and then about the procedures and what they are doing.. I hope they succeed in getting their logo well recognised as few of the branded diagnostic centers in the city...thanks
I visited VLSR Clinic recently and was pleasantly impressed with the professionalism at the front desk. The waiting area where one is received is comfortable and clean, stacked with drinking water bottles readily available. The scale/scope of the clinic seems quite large. The list of expert doctors/ specialists available there is extremely helpful and a place that could be a one stop shop without having to go to a series of different places and people (doctors/professionals). I hope it can serve as one of our community pvt hospitals and meet the growing demand. It goes without saying that Dr. Priti Tare, physiotherapist - who I went to for a consultation is extremely attentive, efficient and compassionate. I will certainly be happy to go back there next time.

This place has been a mixed a mixed bag... Where it has absolute gems like Dr Deppak Desai (surgeon) it also has unprofessional doctors such as Dr Prerna (opthalmologist)... The promise on the brochure is to deliver a superior medical service but it fell shabilly shy of its promise... The hope is that this will serve as a wake up call to the management and Dr... After waiting for 15 to 20 mins I asked the receptionist where is the doctor... So one asks the other did you call the doctor... The other responds no I did not... She calls the doctor who is not reachable .. the doctor calls back she is told by the receptionist your patient is here.. the doctor tells her she's stuck in traffic will be there in 5.... After 45 mins of waiting I finally loose my patience and my cool and storm out of there saying such a wait is uncalled for ... The receptionist then calls the doctor who says she's on her way up... I don't see her when I go down .... When I am back home I get a call from the receptionist and the doctor takes over purportedly to apologise... But it rings so false to my ears as she did not think of calling when she got out of her surgery late, nor when she got stuck in her car, or when she got stuck in the jam... Only when I had stormed out... The receptionist could have handled it better by being proactive is calling the doctor and getting a realistic estimate and giving me an option to reschedule... None of this was done ... Was only given apologies late... Some would think better late than never .... I think a place that promises differentiated levels of service should deliver ....
