Recently, I had the opportunity to visit Aarthi Scans and Labs Borivali for an MRI scan. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience and would highly recommend this diagnostic center to anyone seeking medical imaging services. Friendly and Helpful Staff From the moment I stepped into the center, I was greeted by warm and welcoming staff members. The receptionist was courteous and efficient, promptly handling my check-in process. The radiologist who performed my scan was patient, informative, and clearly explained the procedure. Timely and Efficient Service I was impressed with the punctuality of the staff at Aarthi Scans and Labs Borivali. My appointment was scheduled for a specific time, and I was called in promptly. The entire process, from check-in to completion of the scan, was smooth and efficient. Clean and Comfortable Environment The diagnostic center itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern technology. The MRI suite was comfortable and spacious, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Prompt Report Delivery I received my MRI report within the stipulated timeframe. The report was clear, concise, and easy to understand. The staff explained the findings of the report in detail and answered all my questions patiently. Overall Experience My overall experience at Aarthi Scans and Labs Borivali was excellent. The rates for all the diagnostic tests are very reasonable. The staff n doctors are very cooperative n helpful. The equipment is new n functional. The place is very clean.Only going to the first floor in my case for Doppler test of the lower limbs was difficult as no lift facility. They accept digital payment. Overall very good diagnostic centre.

Wonderful service. Their prices for blood test, xray and scans are very low compared to others. The lab is very cleans and neat. Staff and radiologist are very helpful. They communicate nicely. The only issue is the xray, ECG and ultrasound are located on 1st floor the stairs are narrow which makes it difficult for sick and elderly to climb up. There is no lift or wheelchair available to take them up. The MRI and CT scan lab is located on the ground floor. There are seats outside and inside for waiting area. Washrooms need to be cleaned more. The washroom is not accessible They accept digital payments and card payments. They also offer regular health checkup packages at reasonable rates.

Irresponsible and arrogant staff. We had a medical check up of our 3 family members. For 2d Echo, doctor not available. treadmill is not available in this branch even though this test is included in package. Our patient is highly diabetic still waited for 4 hrs at centre for blood tests without having nothing for last 16hrs. Again they asked him to come next day only to give blood sample. After lots of discussion, they sent person at home. Worst experience. We never suggest.

My wife is going through some dental related issue due to which doctor asked me do MRI TMJ. Private diagnostic center were charging from 6500-12000 but from here I got more than 50% discount as compared to those private labs. Needless to say Aarthi Scans lab is best in all aspects.

Very bad service. Sunday blood was collected for the test and till today report not ready. When I was following up I was told that the blood sample misplaced somewhere and can't find it. Again someone is calling me and asking for the blood sample again. I would like to inform everyone that just because of their rates are less please don't avail their service. You never know whatever report is being prepared through your blood sample or mixed up with others. You really can't depend on their reports. So be careful and inform others too

The services that I receive from here is excellent. The Doctors and Staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualm in recommending them to friendly and friends.
