Absolutely pathetic, very untidy rooms, Flush does not work. No tea coffee available even at :7:45 No room service,nothing. Better stay in a Dharamshala then staying here.
The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns.
It was the worst stay I've ever had in this so called hotel. First and foremost the room wasn't tidy at all the disgusting smell the moment I entered the room. Ac wasn't working in the first place plus the controller is not there when I asked they said it's fixed near the bathroom door which wasn't working after all. Plus their staff right from the front desk to the room service all having their attitude towards the services we have paid for wasn't there. The bedding and mattresses was so loose one could drown into it. Woken up with a sore back the next day. One more thing, have noticed it was more of couple hotel not for business or professional people. Don't waste your hard earned money on this HOTEL.
Worst experience I have ever had in this hotel. When my girlfriend and I checked in, there was a lot of dirt in the room, dust everywhere and then as soon as I started going to the washroom, its door did not open and the door latch was half broken, and then I called the reception. When I did, they told me to push hard, it will open, and then whenever I went to the washroom I had to push that door very badly.And when I went to take a bath, the glass inside the bath area was such that it was visible through(i mean both side visibility), due to this my girlfriend could not take a bath. At night when I tried to dial 14 numbers to order food, the phone number 1 did not work, then I had to call the reception to order food. Many places in the room were crusted and the towel was also smelling very bad. When I took the quilt at bedtime, its cover was torn.And the room that was shown to me was not that room which i saw. I had to face such a lot of problems.
Better room and good service but charges are little bit high .. ..

It was horrible Foul smell in the room. The floor was not cleaned. Dust was everywhere on the table. I think they just changed the bed sheets but the pillow cover had lipstick marks. There is no AC in both room. There is no hot water. We stayed in 301 & 302. 302 was without a window and no AC. 301 thankfully had windows. When asked about the AC they will send people but they never showed up. It was not worth the money which we paid. We had a great loss. It is not 3 stars. It is a 1-star hotel.
This hotel is amazing and location is very good. room was so neat and clean. I have no issue with room. Hotel staff very nice and good behaviour. They help to you in any situation. Food was tasty. Overall this is my favourite hotel. Please stay and visit in this hotel. You feel lucky at this hotel. Feel good and safe
