Vivek Hospital - General hospital in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

Vivek hospital is very wasteful. They have opened a bank account not this hospital. Such hospitals should be banned as soon as possible. When my mother was admitted to them, even though she knew that she would not get treatment on time, she admitted her there. When they couldn't, they told the big hospital to judge. Better not to have such hospitals. These people are playing with people's lives. Such people should be given understanding in time. And I request everyone with folded hands that no one should come to this hospital during treatment.

Please do not reach this hospital in cases of Emergency. The hospital doesn't contain any advanced equipments. Was asked to get my mom Hospitalized for stomach Ache and first time abnormalities BP. Later got to know that there is no availability Of Sonography. For scanning you will have to get the hospitalised patient taken to Nidan (Ghatkopar) 3-4km away by own. No Cashless Insurance facility available. Also the receptionist mentioned the following bed charges: Rs 5000 per bed for a single day for GENERAL WARD & 8000 Rs per bed for single day for semi deluxe which is extremely high for hospitals of such standards. Later got my mom shifted to Kohinoor hospital Kurla where she got diagnosed well on triple sharing with Rs 3000 per bed for a day.

Poor/ worst hospital, my grandfather was admitted for typhoid, first he was kept in a room which was less than 50 square feet. The room was smelling bad couldn't wait their for a long time. Their were 2 more patients in such a small room. After few minutes doctor says he must be moved to the icu. In the icu no oxygen mask, no electronics on chest or finger he was just lying on bed. I guess doctor wanted to make him cool by shifting him in a room that is called icu and the only electronic machine functioning their was the A/C. Medicine expenses should be done by us. A tray full of medicine were been ordered by the doctor, when we ask to give back the unused medicine as we are shifting him to another hospital only few medicine were given back. Admitted him on Tuesday night 8 pm next day morning 11am we shifted him to another hospital TOTAL EXPENSES WE PAID WAS 10000. Such an super awesome hospital WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN . I WOULD PREFER TO MEET YAMRAJ RATHER GOING TO THIS FANTASTIC HOSPITAL.

Wow awsome service by all staff and lady (rmo )doctor. Specialy morning sister she is handling my patients. I know the name but she is married . She is knowledgebal and well helpful she know how to talk to guest wow awsome service . And tnx dr. Ritu agarwal. Specialy one more tnx. For this sister she is admited in hospital but she know hows going on the hospital. She is admit but more help ful. She is guide every one how to done work properly this is hospitality. Hands off for aall team ..

One of the worst Hospital. No sonography in the hospital. They send hospitalized patients to Nidan sonography center at Ghatkopar West which is 3km away.

very 3 rd class account department even reception staff is more arrogant . hospital is made for to earn money only then dont understand patient problems.instead of this hospital goverment hospital is 100 per .better. I will recommend go anywhere but dont go here.

Doctors are not on time , patient need to wait for long time in queue , receptionist they were joking with each other's in front of patients

Very co operative staff.my mom was admitted for fever she got a good care under Dr pain he is very polite with his patient he is very good Dr and physician We got a great help by ms Shabina khan she take cares madiclaims and Admin things over there she is well trained and co operative in her work thanks for the entire help .
