Good location with amazing views of Dal Lake. Service was prompt. Food was pretty good, too, but quite expensive. Breakfast spread was excellent and delicious. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well equipped with amenities but need better sound insulation. We could hear the guests in the next room and couldn't get proper sleep due to their early morning screaming. They changed our room, but that room had water drainage sound that was super disturbing at night. The hotel also needs better entertainment options. The entertainment room had table tennis and a very old & wobbling foosball table.

It's a great 5 star property. Very expensive...rooms start with 30000 and above per night . The dinner buffet is 3000 plus taxes. Adequate parking is available, the swimming pool is awesome, the rooms are good, and the location is unbeatable. If you have the money, nothing to beat

The best 5 star hotel experience we had, we stayed there for 2 days that is 21st-22nd the room 1255 given to us was great, there a girl in the reception who I would like to give special thanks for her hospitality, Saba was her name and this is to thank you for enormous level of hospitality and greetings you showed to us during our stay. Apart from the great food and luxurious amenities provided staff of the hotels are really great from time of welcoming us to the time of bidding farewell. Thanks you for the amazing experience

I stayed for more than 3 days here. The location of the hotel is the best part about it. You get a wonderful view of Dal lake and the city. Plus the hotel offers good food and excellent hospitality. Overall, I had great experience during my stay here. Would surely recommend everyone if you are planning to visit srinagar.

Hospitality at its best. Special mention to their extremely supportive and friendly IRD and housekeeping staff. The entire property has very welcoming and warm staff (through ALL departments) which is very rare to these days. Highly highly recommended if you're travelling to Srinagar. Don't think twice.

The place was gorgeous, the hotel was beautiful, very well-maintained, clean, and had all the amenities. We enjoyed the Dinner food was lovely, especially the Christmas special night. The staff was lovely at all times and really made our stay comfortable and happy. Would definitely love to go back again someday.. I promise you'll love it! :) Love this place

The best view in Srinagar. The best maintained hotel property. No need to visit the other famous gardens. This property itself is the best thing in today's Srinagar. The only reason for taking off a star from the highest is, this Taj's breakfast buffet did not stand up to the real Taj standard that one is used to.

I had the nicest experience in this property. Along with my family, I stayed for more than a week. The employees and management are kind and competent. They are aware of their work ethics and made sure to fulfill their obligations to their clientele. The food and ambience were just wonderful. I highly recommend it!
