The worst possible institute for students. They scam people via their website into paying money for transcripts and not responding to the emails further. They have no concern for student's future and will take no steps in either returning the amount or helping the students get any documents. The employees are extremely incompetent. They couldn't deal with any basic tasks as well. Shame on the institute!

My engineering college is affiliated with VTU, but having passed out 6 years ago, today was the first time I visited the main campus. A missing graduation certificate not to be found at home, meant I had to pay a visit to Belgavi. The college was not too bad to be fair. They have acres of land and it's on display as soon as you take the turn from the main road. It seems like a nice place to study. I noticed a couple of fountains too! The canteen is decent at best, Although the folks serving were extremely nice. The bulk of my time was spent at the administrative office, which like all good administrative offices work as slow as possible. Folks have the option of taking a bus directly to the VTU campus. Please note- the photos I took are not within the campus and are of the main gate and the main entrance.

VTU is one of the largest universities in India with 212 colleges affiliated to it.This institute offers M.Tech and Post graduate courses for degree students. The campus is well maintained and is quite big. The main campus is just half an hour away from the City Bus Stand. The canteen isn't that good. The library is the biggest in Belagavi.

The biggest university of Karnataka. Beautiful lush green campus. Far away from the city. Helpful staff. Sbi bank and atm is available at the campus. Bus connectivity is present but the frequency is very low. Especially at night don't wait sitting for the bus.

The place is calm and peaceful, VTU administration should be improved a lot, especially for collecting convocation, transcripts.... Should be made available online.

Vtu is the technical university located outskirts of belgaum I,e around 13 km from c.b.t(bus stand). The bus traveling between C.B.T and Santewadi or tirtakonde bus will go through the vtu stop and ticket charges around 19rupees. Even u can come by auto which will charge around 150-200 rupees based upon how good u r at bargaining. Always try to visit vtu in morning itself between (10-12Am) if the work to be done within one day. If u come at afternoon they may tell u to again visit tomorrow as it may not completed within one day. Canteen facility available from morning till evening, sbi bank, and clean washrooms. Overall very good experience with the visit and it's very huge campus to walk around.

The staff members of Vtu won't listen to even a single grievances of your's. They don't care about your grievances regarding Vtu itself. The woman with black glasses at the desk in the registrar room will simply ignore you. This is the condition of Vtu. They only take money from you, giving various names and God knows where all that money is going to. Because of these kind of money minters only our education system is just only for a certicate sake!
