I have done my wife's eye treatment here in last month. In each and every step from registration to discharge after operation was very smooth and overall experience was excellent. All staff were very cooperative. After operation, there is no issue at all. I strongly recommend this place for any kind of eye related treatment.
I visited Vishnu netralaya on 16th and the Bengali lady at the counter is rude and uses other customer info on paper to other patient.. The staff does not want to accept the fact the patient info is confidential and needs to be kep secured. Pathetic service and staff behaviour especially Bengali lady at the counter.
