Vishal mega mart I had faced so much things like there staff is so irresponsible and pathetic service at billing service there are 8 -9 counter are there and only one counter is open .if we go to one counter for billing they send us to other counter section for billing this is so much irritate me at that time and the staff behavior also so disappointing.

Felt very disappointment after seeing the behavior of lady guard .....the way she talked to me was unbearable... Dis is not way to treat the people she should mind her language before speak

Good location good environment clean but billing counter not more very rushing

Very bad behaviour by the staff member. The hat which was wore by my child have fallen in the cart which has purchased from another shop. But the staff accused me to be taken from the shop and barcode can be taken out from the product. We have to wait there for enquiry and nothing found. A very shameful behaviour with the customer.

This mega Mart is very awesome experience for me first time I have ever visit this type of large Mall

Good shopping mall in Dharampura area of Jagdalpur. Always awesome collection of clothes both male & female in economical way.

Very bad service there cash counter person take lot of time to do one work and have no manners to talk we left the whole thing thereYou can understand your staff well, how do you talk to the customer

All staff kare busy in own business not taking responsibility against customer
