Any bussiness such as this should atleast have one working toilet for their customer. What a shame.
Dirtiest vishal mart i have visited in India and nothing is properly arranged. Worst customer care/service i had experience in mall. Please, Mr/Mrs. Manager, i really want you to visit the mall and see what is going on there. If any friend/ tourist come to aizawl, i will never take here for shopping untill it is upgraded. It can be better, it can be better Please, this is my sincere advice.

It's been so long i was dragging to every counter and this people's are not even billing my buy products not even online payment option is available and how they can just put my buy products in side of the table and start billing others and which type of ideology are they using i wasn't expecting this from Vishal Mart of Aizawl and at the end after waiting for hour's for billing and finally decided to go back without buying anything and their billing speed is slower than the tortoise speed I wish next time if I visit incase so this will not happen again I've wasted my time and i got nothing becz of billing process??? It still hurts me i was in queue for so long and i got nothing.
I am from Lamka Churachandpur Manipur, For the first time we went for shopping there in Vishal Mega Mart, Bawngkawn Lunglei Road Aizawl 15 July 2023 and we bought two trousers, a Pressure cooker and a pair of shoes there. We return home peaceully. On the next day (Sunday) i try it on that trousers which we bought it there, walk around but, when I was trying to sit, it just torn a part! (Rs. 799!/-) I was trying to return it on 17 July 2023, Monday, but, they refused! It will be the first and last forever! I really regret it buying things there! Bye forever

This mega mart is one of the largest shoping destination of Aizawl. Most of house hold items are available at reasonable price. Groceries, utensils, crockeries, plastic items, clothing, toys, bags etc. are available hare. All the shoping under one roof is possible here. Card or cash payment possible. It's better to bring carry bag with you for shopping. They charge for the carry bag. Lift is not for customers. Parking space is not there in this building. It's very difficult to park four wheeler vehicle. Less rush on the week days.
