Worst hospital I have ever seen...
My relative met with an accident and was admitted there....it was a fractured shoulder...They didn't do the surgery immediately and postponed it to 3 days...even after that they were delaying....They won't say correct information...they will make you wait in different places for hours saying different reasons like insurance, doctor hasn't arrived, insurance manager hasn't arrived, insurance hasn't been approved yet,test results not yet come,
You go and wait there ..they will come within half an hour.then one hour...two hour.. afternoon...then evening...then next day...then day after tomorrow and goes on...Money minded hospital.... Patient was suffering from pain for 3days.... They say give pain killer...Is this hospital or pharmacy?
Day3(After admission)..If insurance approved.. we will start the operation immediately they said...
Day4:. after 9am .. whenever the doctors fix time that time operation Will be done they said...Then The time was fixed at 11am
Day4 ::11am::paper works still going on

Very Worst in providing clear information about patient health.!!!! Simply keeping the patient for the sake of money. How much time it takes to reveal the corona test results?? 24 hours?? Maximum 2 days?? Experienced personally for my relative where they did not show the covid test results after 48 hours and did said it takes another two days to get the result meanwhile the other staffs started speculating as the patient has covid 19..

The above comment posted on 1st Jan 2021 after discharging from Vinayaka mission hospital. And then we took our relative to the Salem govt hospital where they taken covid test on 1st Jan and confirmed result as covid negative on 3rd Jan 2021.
Worst hospital. Worst pharmacy. During covid time, in their Vinayaga pharmacy, they have given more tablets even higher than Dr presciption. Dr prescribed 16 tablets and they have given 40 tablets which cost 135 per tablet. After finishing home isolation, when asked for return extra tablets which they have given wrongly, they are simply saying Covid tablets are not taken for return. They don't even consider it for exchange with other useful medicines.
They are looting people's money in many ways.
Don't lose your money, this is a hospital that converts everything into cash if you touch it, if you talk, if you see it. Many people are working in medicine in different ways and some are turning it into money and this hospital is one of them.
Admitted for covid for a week. Worst hospitality I have ever seen. They are charged 1.5L for five days. But no caring and food quality was utter. You have to ask every time to get anything. Useless hospital. Not even worth for a single star. Better go with some other options.
We had very bad experience with this hospital. The doctor haven't seen the patient for two days, though we have admitted via emergency. They haven't taken care to provide the patient to provide a room even though we have requested many times to get out from general ward but they charged much. Thankfully we have shifted out.
I don't find zero rating otherwise I could have opted for.
Very very worst hospital.. only money minded for simple leg pain they suggested surgery. Giving all the negative vibes.. thank God we got another good hospital and got completely
cured with out surgery
