My very elder relative was hospitalised and luckily we had some good nurses and even the cleaners were very friendly. The doctors too were great. Not soo much the 6-7 physio students coming and standing around in the room while 1 or 2 do the work. The hospital is horrible: cockroaches, centipedes, the loud sounds of retards reversing their ego filled cars. Pathetic management & hospital. But very helpful nurses.

Recently I had a very bad experience about the hospital. My relative was admitted and selected a A.C room A.C working but no remote. Not able to control the temperature. Bathroom has cocroch, Nurses are horrible. Patient is crying with pain no body to attend. NO RMO to attend. Finally after the discharge not bothered to take the discharge summary. Major reviews are not favorable. But my doctor is excellent. discharge the staff not bothered

Money minded! Nurses are worst they dont know anything, treat you like animals and if you ask them anything they just give foolish answers!! Even the receptionists make you guys wait for hours. Doctors fees is also very very high. Worst ever hospital I visited. Please visit some other hospital.

Dear all Pls read this review carefully if u r visiting vinaya hospital lab only for lab related tests Came here for blood test for my friend,, they dont have whatsap facility to send report. They took my mail id and promised that they will send report via mail and next day i beg for report at last they sent report via mail There wer 2 types of blood test One report they got from kmc which they sent mail (previous night they got the report and sent me next day 10 57am that too after many request) But another report which generated at their own lab they refused to send mail and myself colected from their lab. Lazy and arrogant staff Very rude staff, Some uneducated beggers working in this lab,very high pitch voice, pls avoid this lab I came from thalapady to collect report (single page)

Worst hospital..icu nurses are useless ,they don't know how to talk with patient party.. especially Icu nurse ( I think her name deeksha )..how she is talking with us..oh my God..she doesn't know meaning of sister (nurse).. ... horrible..

One of the worst hospitals, only focused on billing. Facilities and staff are worst than the government hospitals in mangalore but charges are as per major hospitals. Hospital is lead by dr hansraj alva, who is completely unprofessional, arrogant and money minded. He has gone ahead and prescribed medicines which are not related to the diagnosed conditions. If you want your loved ones to be cared for please skip this hospital

Absolutely worst receptionists ever .. duty nurses are not bad .. they just want money only ..

It was an awful experience with Dr.Hansraj. We had got our regular check ups done and we just had to show him our report. When we went there to show the report, he just refuses and left. We requested him so much to just check it and tell us but he started yelling and making a scene. It was so embarrassing. Never seen such behavior from a doctor. I will never go back to that place and would never recommend anyone else as well.
