Everything is good. I am giving 3 star here is why. I booked semi special ward. This is shared by 2 members. In this ward you don't have any rules and regulations. If 20 people are came to visit the other patient they allowed all at once. They will sit at for any hours no time limit. They will just making noise and disturbing other patient. You will never feel this as hospital. They play music inside a ward when patient is actually getting treatment. I informed this to the floor nurses, no use. I will think twise now before going to this hospital in future.

Don't go guys. I delivered my baby on June and I opted for semi special room and it's not cleanly maintained. Bed also not good for delivered woman, my baby cried for 3 days at night, nurse didn't even come and helped me. Everyday was torturing, students come and checked us but they come several times in a day, and one of pg students delivered me, and there was no doctor in delivery room. Overal experience was very very bad. You can go if you wanted fees very cheap.

Doctor's and Nurses behaviour is Okayish but main problem here is waiting. For blood test 1 hour wait in registration later 30 minutes wait in OPD later doctor will prescribe blood test pay for blood test you have to stand (wait) 1 hour in queue, again lab technician will call after 20 minutes, report will take min 2 hours.If you are entering hospital in morning then everything will take till evening just for blood test. You will go mad by waiting. This is not the first time for everything you have to wait wait and wait more. If your discharge is morning then for billing and insurance claim everything will leads till night. If you are admitted if they say tomorrow morning you will get discharged then they mean it's evening. Again nobody will understand what you are going through here from morning to evening. if its one day admit please take 2 days leave. Here there is no value for time.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent encounter I had with your hospital administration staff. As a patient seeking medical care and support, I expected to be treated with compassion and respect, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The rudeness displayed by the hospital administration staff during my visit was completely unacceptable. Their tone and demeanor were dismissive and unwelcoming, leaving me feeling neglected and devalued as a patient. It is disheartening to witness such behavior in an environment where individuals are already vulnerable due to their health concerns. I hope that my feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to rectify this situation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I would strongly recommend not to visit this hospital especially for cardiology. Doctors with a high level of unprofessionalism in this department. Does not bother how to talk to the patient's family nor care about their emotions. I have had this experience where I had been to this hospital with one of my neighbours and they wanted someone to translate and talk to the doctor. But this doctor instead of comforting the family he started shouting at us for no reason n started blaming that we are recording. When I surrendered my phone for checking all my gallery and personal data was checked and eventually they found nothing so he started blaming that I created a nuisance and used abusive language on me asking to get out of the place. When I objected to the doctor's behaviour, we were threatened that the patient wouldn't be treated properly and also will be made sure the patient won't get any benefits they are entitled to. It was a mental harassment to stand that threat and that kind of behaviour from a hospital especially in that emergency situation. In order to not cause any trouble to patient, I just walked off n waited outside dude to which the patient's family didn't understand the complete communication and instructions given to follow for the operation procedure as it was not done in regional language. I have been to different hospitals with people who need help to talk to doctors and communicate there but have never witnessed this kind of uncultured behaviour from any doctors. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I would never recommend or consider visiting this hospital or doctor again.

Everything is good about the hospital but the Registration section is awful. It works like a sloth . I don't know who is slow, the staff or the network connection. It really takes so much of time to deal with every individual standing in a queue.

I got treated my two kids by Dr Anirudh and his team.we found them very helpful . Dr. Anirudh and the staff are friendly and ensure that we are properly informed about health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends.

Hospital is good. But for yashaswini claim they are making unnecessary delay. Even after the money has come to their account, they are not crediting it to beneficiary's account. If we ask for reference no. they are not giving it. They are not giving the cash paid receipts also.
