Vile Parle station is one of the quiet railway stations in Mumbai. It is surrounded by residential buildings. Does not get crowded, even at peak times. Located on the western line.

It's like a second home for me. This station still has the famous Parle G biscuits factory although most of their production line is shifted. Ville Parle East and West both are distinct areas and well known to all. The Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Domestic and International Airport can be accessed from here. East has Sathye and Dhanukar colleges and West has NM and Mithibai colleges all 4 very coveted for their respective fields of study. Also Ville Parle is a centre for performing arts and well known stage artists stay here.
One star less as now the area is becoming crowded.
Trains are often empty at this station because majority people get down at andheri so this station is good for boarding during peak hours
A railway station in Western line of Mumbai's life line line. Situated in Borivali-churchgate line. Major stations are in South bandra and in North Andheri. The only thing comes in mind when you visit here is factory of Parle-G buiscuit. Many think that this station is also named the ParleG but it isn't. It's a beautiful and very enormous sculpture of British time. Earlier known as VT station now it's named as CST. Very elegant vibe at the night time. Very neat and clean place, even when there is lot of traffic and people.

Borivali is a major station on the Western Suburbs. All local trains traveling towards churchgate and back till Dahanu Road stop here. Even all outstation trains have a stoppage here. This station being a major stoppage, almost never sleeps.
