Neat and clean rooms, nearby to main road and beach is walkable distance. Mr Alero will assist or guided all of our queries. Room having basic kitchen setup with amenities.
I really enjoyed the stay. Very calm and affordable place to stay and yet near to all the must visit places. I think it's the owner that's makes u feel at home than rather the rooms. He provided all the comfort in the best possible way. Keep Going
This was my second stay at the villa, the first time it was great but the second time there were so many issues with the room. The AC wasn't working in the peak of Summers, the water was super hot even without using the geyser and when the knob was turned towards the cold, the room wasn't cleaned any of the days, the garbage wasnt collected, at night there was no electricity so the phones were discharged most the time and also the side tables were broken... We were not given any compensation and had to pay full amount without us not been given half the facilities.
Excellent location, clean and amazing host. Alerio and his mom made our stay comfortable. He also had some really good suggestions for nearby hangout and food places like the German bakery. Hoping to be back again sometime soon.
The place was a major beach area. It's near to main road but still silent. Room was cosy and comfortable. Nice and clean. Bathroom was also clean. The host were available all the time for anything. Would definitely stay here again next time and suggest to others. Thanks for the gift to my 4 year daughter.

I, with my family, stayed here for 5 Days 31 Jan21 to 4 Feb21. Their greatness is their simplicity and cleanliness. Mr. Alex and his mom Ms.Alzira, both are very helpful, warm and kind. The Beach (Sea Breeze)is only appx 300 mtr from here. The beauty of the Beach is its calmness and not at all crowded. We have enjoyed our stay and wish to stay here again in our next Goa trip.
The place is an amazing find. Economical and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. Alerio and his mother were wonderful hosts. We had a great experience here
