Worst. Feeling depressed. They didn't complete the work for we paid. Pending work is still pending from past 3 years. Though informed, requested, complained many times, they don't take care. Keep your valuable money in some good investment. I regret after buying here. Paid reviewers posting good comments and high rating. Don't believe

Good calm and enough space for children's play

Cost is too high. On first looks it seems good. This is not well developed gated community. No proper security. Most the amenities on paper not developed jnside the society. Even parks have grown bushes fear of live threatening insects/animals.

Thanks to Sathyam homes . Overall we are very satisfied with our new house . The quality of the work is amazing and Sathyam home team is always approachable. The handover procedure was exceptionally excellent they are very punctual with their work and cooperative too. I request to complete the amenities so that all the kids would have fun

It is Too costly, As a Civil Engineer for that place without any development in the Environment the price they are quoting is too costly which is not at all affordable for ordinary middle class PEOPLE.

rate are very high .seems no amenities started as mentioned...really rates too much high as stating "bus stand bus stand bus stand "...and will may say all buses will go through this villa inside like that they giving buildup.....constrction cost and land cost too much....first they have to provide all facilities then they have to sell the homes..they not even started ...after all homes occupied they will went out will say form association and do as you wish it seems....but out side look wise good.i dont know remaining.inside owners has to disclose truth........
