Located in Prime location with full crowd and "No Parking". there is a Municipality parking nearby and you can park there worry free. Stay is comfortable and all necessary amenities such as A/C, kettle with goodies and all basic items in bathroom (Toothbrush Paste & soap etc.) I felt this is bit pricey compared to the level of comforts and Amenities. one small swimming pool is there. Smallest pool i have ever seen. Though it is well maintained, i didn't see anyone using it. Of course, this place is near to beach and who want to play in pool. I did like exploring Neighborhood and walking on shores of Rock beach & Sunrise. Everyone spend most of their time on beach rather than room. so, it's wise to choose cheaper stay option to utilize your time and money wisely. staff is nice and well behaved. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a comfortable stay.
We stayed in two different rooms, the suite and then a regular room. Clean and fresh, nicely decorated (especially in the suite) and calm and quiet (we had windows facing the inner wall, not the road). The breakfast could have been a little more inspiring but perfectly fine. The location is great!

Visited the roof top restaurant and tried the grill chicken and mushroom sauce, a tad bit tangy for my taste, but decent portion size. Pricing on the higher side - that's because of the area. Given the right weather, the roof top can be an amazing place. They do have a crammed interior seating on the roof but won't recommend it. One time try.
Decent restaurant with good food, especially enjoyed the crispy fried vegetables. However, gave it 4 stars because they didn't list lime soda and it felt overpriced on the bill, with the soda costing more than the food for us.
Very nice hotel. Please chose the road facing room. Food and restaurant were ok. Close by to the promenade and other sight seeing places. Overall a wonderful experience. Actual rating would be 4.5.
I was here yesterday for dinner after a friend suggested about their food. However, was disappointed. They were pricey when compared to other cafes or pubs.. food quality wasn't great. I ordered chicken satay which was rubbery, Masala grilled fish wasn't great, chicken fried rice was also okayish and masala chicken was also okay. nothing wow with the price and quantity they give u.. I felt something was Lil tangy..
service - u better go in to the kitchen and get ur stuffs service ain't good.. u have to keep calling out reminding them. also not much seating arrangement.
Parking- is not available.. u can opt for the paid car parking which is near seventh day Adventist Church..
Rooms: Nice but don't expect much. Unfortunately, the hair dryer wasn't working.

We had a great stay at Bay Stays! The room was clean, had a cute design, and was affordable with a fantastic location. Our host, Vignesh was very helpful. However, I do have a concern about the towels we used as they left a white cast on our clothes.
The property is beautiful with a chique look. The interiors are a urban and upbeat with colours that are palatable to the eyes and we'll coordinated.
