The dirtiest hotel that I have ever stayed in!!!!! The bed looked slept in with dirty sheets!!!! The room and washroom was not cleaned before letting out to us, and the door got stuck, refusing to open. Only a handful of staff to run the show. My guess is that this plight of the hotel is because the owners just don't want to spend money on maintenance and the staff. However, the service of the very few staff who were available, was commendable. They did their best.

Terrible Experience for Our Son's Birthday Celebration Our experience at this hotel for our son's first birthday party was nothing short of a disaster. This delay not only disrupted our planned schedule but also forced us to postpone the celebration's start time. What compounded the problem was the management team's dishonesty about the food's arrival time, eroding our trust and adding unnecessary stress to an already chaotic situation. The entire event, meant to be a joyful celebration, was overshadowed by the mismanagement and chaos we encountered. We had hoped for a peaceful and memorable experience for our son's special day, but sadly, that was far from what we received. We expected better service, especially for such a significant occasion. We hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to improve their services to ensure others don't have to endure the same frustrating experience. Our son's first birthday should have been a day of joy, but it will unfortunately be remembered for all the wrong reasons. It's better to be cautious and find a more reliable option for your special occasions.

To attend marriage &reception in the nearby marriage hall(MP CONVENTION hall)these rooms arranged by our relative in Chennai. Stay was peaceful. All areas within the campus is neat and clean including rooms and bathrooms.Well furnished.Excellent . But location is not that much nearby to Good coffee shops and snacks shops.It was told by the service boys that canteen is available from 8a.m.onwards within Vijay park.The end time of canteen not told by them. Getting good morning coffee was little bit difficult.Though the service boy got it from outside shop it did not taste good. Overall it is Excellent if we neglect the Coffee &snacks requirement.

The delayed meal significantly impacted the party's enjoyment and left a sour taste in our mouths. Our initial concerns were addressed by the staff, who assured us that everything would go smoothly. Unfortunately, their reassurances did not align with our actual experience. It is evident that the hotel should reconsider renting out their party halls until they can improve the reliability of their service and pricing structure. Moreover, we cannot ignore the quality of the food, which was subpar, to say the least. The poor taste and presentation of the dishes further contributed to our disappointment. As for the service, it was equally unsatisfactory, with delays, lack of attentiveness, and a general feeling of neglect. In conclusion, our birthday party experience at this hotel was marred by delayed food service, exorbitant costs, poor food quality, and disappointing service. We had hoped for a memorable celebration but left with a strong desire to caution others about our experience. This place requires a substantial improvement in various aspect before we can recommend it for any event.

Hotel was very hygienic. I really loved it, I stayed here for 2 days. Service was good. Prices are reasonable as compared to Hyderabad.

First of all we discussed with you about all the negative reviews you've got on Google. You asked us not to worry about Google reviews, saying your recent clients are very satisfied. I highly doubt that now. I must express my deep disappointment with the recent birthday function we hosted at your banquet hall. The evening, which was meant to be a joyous celebration, turned into an embarrassing ordeal. The food service was a significant letdown. Not only was the food delayed beyond a reasonable waiting time it was 9:10 when we got the promised biriyani, but the taste was also far from satisfactory. Our guests, who had come to enjoy a special occasion with us, were left waiting hungrily and were eventually served with subpar dishes that were far from the promised quality. This was not the experience we had anticipated or paid for. You said you have speakers in the hall in which we can play songs. it was barely usable. I would've arranged my own speakers, if I was notified about the faulty speakers beforehand. How a birthday party would be without any sort of music. What added to our distress was the fact that our friends and family, had to witness the shortcomings of the banquet hall. It was humiliating to explain the situation to our guests and watch them endure a less-than-pleasant dining experience. Their presence at the event meant a lot to us, and we had hoped to impress them with your venue's service and cuisine. Unfortunately, that was far from the case. We chose your banquet hall with high expectations, hoping for a memorable and enjoyable celebration. Instead, we were left with a sense of embarrassment and disappointment. This experience has tarnished our perception of your establishment, and I felt compelled to share our unfortunate encounter. We held our daughters function in Aparna hall on 17th sep '23. Initially I was reluctant to book this place seeing the star rating. My BroInLaw spoke to the manager and ensured everything went fine. Food was excellent. Everyone enjoyed the day. We thank the manager for this. The maintenance of the hotel has to keep upto the star rating.

Better to sleep in your car or on the road. Horrible experience. No restaurant, no room service, no light in toilet, stinky rooms and only the rate is exorbitant and extremely rude staff. They charge 600 for an extra bed and even that depends on availability. This place should be closed and should not exist. Zero value for money.
