This is formerly known as College Square & which is located at College Street in Kolkata just opposite of University of Calcutta. There is a Swimming Pool in the centre of this Uddyan which is very attractive. This is a very famous place where are many top most Institutes are surroundings this place. Calcutta Medical College, University of Calcutta, Cal, Hare School, Presidency University, Sanskrit College & University etc. are here. Every year, famous event of Durga Puja is performed by the College Square Durga Puja Committee in this uddyan, where heavy footfall during the concerned festival time. College Square Swimming Pool and the park are decorated by lights during the festival time.
