This gym is very good Amazing facility, well equipment and great environment top view of mountain and town. First of all i have to tell this is one of the best gym in the town with amazing hill views and a large ventilated areas with complete aircon systems installed. This is very hygienic and professional gym with all sort of facilities, located very close to the town at the top floor of Tiruvannamalai's first mall "The Vijaya Mall". The Coach is Mr.Vinu is very professional and friendly person, he takes time to know more about you and once he gets involved with you, he is such an amazing character to mingle with. He gets you more diet & fitness tips which make your body to feel awesome. You can use his professional expertise to loose fat or gain weight. He is a best trekker in the town as well. Great environment and coaching ! This is my first time in professional gym , it's been two month and it's great so far. All equipment in gud shape and overall great one.
I have been working out daily for the last year in Vinuds place and there is no comparison here in town. AC cooled is a necessaty working out in this climate. All you need for al muscle groups and a good cardio workout is available. I workout mornings and afternoons and it gets never too bizzy that you need to wait for your next machine or bench. I really enjoy working out here and made many friends at this friendly gym. If you have no experience in working out, Vinud is a very knowledgeable experienced certified trainer, he will get you hitting the weights in no time. OM
