It's a really nice restaurant. 1) It's hard to find - it's on the second floor of a family home and the signage isn't very visible - I wandered down several alleys asking and finally found it. 2) The food is very reverent, hearty, rustic and delicious. There is a reverent atmosphere throughout the meal. The background music is also reverent. 3) After you are washing with your plate yourself, you feel like you've been meditating, so definitely go!

I fortunately found out the little abode called 'Prasad's Home Kitchen' in Tiruvannamalai where food is the perfect amalgamation of graciousness, satva vibe and delicacy. This kitchen is completely managed by Mr. Raj Iyer from food preparation to serving it with all kind gesture. I'd been looking for a place to have satvika homely food and Google made me to landing at this place. The food is simple, homely, nutritious and satvik in terms of taste as well the energy it beholds which you can sense. You can relish rice, curry, veggies and sweet and buttermilk in the platter for lunch. I would highly recommend this place. Google shows exact location of this place. So it's convenient for anyone to follow the directions given on the map. Otherwise, from the main road where the sign board of Yogi Ramsuratkumar Ashram is placed, take that road. Hope it helps

The most Authentic Ramana place around. Definitely recommend led to anyone who wishes to eat bathing in Ramana's teachings. And Raj loves telling stories which is so precious and brings joy to this godly timeless lunch.

What an amazing gift to have home food without having to make it oneself! The cooking is healthful and tastes divine, freshly made with love and served with a humble smile. The menu changes daily and is consistently the best in Tiru. Do yourself a favor and head over for a visit--I know you'll love it.

The place was very good atmosphere is very calming. Hygiene was maintained as Prasad Ji cooks the food himself and then serves everyone with lot of love & care. Food was simple home cooked meal and very satisfying. He would never say no to more servings. We ate there almost all days while we were there at Tiruvanamali. Thanks Prasad Ji.
