This gym is a very good place for working out. It has all types of equipment available for a thorough workout including a wide variety of cardio machines. The space is neat, clean and well-organized with parking facilities and a shoe rack. The trainers here like Vicky , Fija and Simbu are very knowledgeable and helpful. There is a good restroom facility taciity too. Overall it's been been a great experience working out at this gym - they have everything you need for an effective workout in a nice setting. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a positive workout environment with great amenities .

The gym is good, clean and nice environment. The trainers are also very encouraging. Trainer Vicky has given good handful of tricks and workout methods to follow to achieve my goal. Hands down, one of the best gyms I've ever been to. The trainers are top-notch, with a down-to-earth attitude that makes you feel welcome and motivated. The gym is spacious and well-ventilated, with plenty of air conditioning to keep you cool even during the most intense workouts. It's also incredibly clean and comfortable, making it a great place to spend your time working out. If you're looking for a great gym to help you reach your fitness goals, I highly recommend this one. And if you're interested in CrossFit, they offer that too!

Based on my previous experience,I was not satisfied with my workout since there was no improvement in my body condition but after joining velz fitness I have gained muscle mass and almost reached my target weight.velz fitness ,has one of the best PT trainers all workout exercises are covered based on our target goal for our body condition. Trainer's are very friendly simbu vicky and fijazz very helpful.

Working out here for almost the whole year, great ambience, well maintained place, every equipment is well maintained and serviced regularly, all the trainers are very supportive and helpful.
