Initial impression- NOT Punctual. Unpredictable WAIT TIME - Keeps patients waiting without information on Doctor's arrival. Unfair - patients who have to take endoscopy test, come empty stomach, long waits make it uncomfortable to remain without food and water for long time - Doctor should have known about this and be sensitive to patients' condition!!
Update: Doctor is very knowledgeable, thorough and patient. Thank you for your suggestions. My wife is feeling much better now.
Dr.Venu gopal sir no doubt an absolute amazing gastro specialist in town...Me and my all family members are visiting to him since 7 years for all gastro-entero issues But unfortunately i am sadden with his clinic Staff which are illiterate and no sense of dealing with patients.Very rude unpolite and "Anti-Muslim"....Give preferances to Other religion people but not to Muslims....Felt so humiliated this time.. So then i am writing this review today to bring this to doctor attention....I hope my words will reach to the Doctor.
Worst behaviour by receptionist.. no proper response just argue with people .. only better thing is doctor ..I would say if the receptionist changed it could be so better..she just irritate the patients

Hospital is moved to new location, google maps will take directly to new location.
I visited clinic for once and felt that Doctor is at his best. He will patiently listen to all your symptoms and only after that he will start treatment. But if you are in emergency don't go here he won't see you. Usually wait time is very high and in evening appointments are accepted via phone. It is little hard to identify the place but Google maps will take you here.I recommend to visit place only for chronic diseases and better go with fasting stomach, so that if in case Endoscopy test has to be conducted a day more will not be wasted and Dr. will perform test on same day. Place accepts cash and wallet payments, there is medical shop inside the clinic for availing medicines. There is no rest room inside clinic and lift facility is available for senior patients. There is limited parking facility outside clinic, so if you are coming by car, have to park it on main road.

Rude behavior of receptionists still exists even after multiple complaints and it'll continue bcz doctor is happy with that behavior I hope or he is not interested in patients reviews.!
Doctor consultation was very good and we were told to get the reports after scan by the doctor. It's a simple follow up. But the staff - VENKAT SAI in the reception area was very rude. We were told to come to the clinic by 7 pm but we were waiting for more than 45 minutes. When we requested to get an update about the wait time, Behaviour of Mr. VENKAT SAI was very rude. Waiting in a doctor's clinic is something we are used to and that's alright but the problem here is the behaviour of the staff. Whoever is taking care of the staff please make a note of this and make sure this type of experience is not given to patients by the staff.
Most commercial and cheap mindset, You'll be treated/heard at last if you go for a review/ complaints(on medicines) within 10 day after consultation. Always People with cash in hand are given first priority.. No work ethics
