I experienced comfort and convenient appointment with the opthalmologist. He gave me knowledge about eyes and asked how important our eyes is... Receptionist behaviour was good, there was a timely management of appointments. You'll get your medicines, eye check and spectacles inside the hospital. Overall a very good hospital for take care of your eyes... Must try once if you want !!!
My father got his cataract surgery done under Dr SameerVerma and he had a very pleasant experience. Dr Verma is very experienced and is undoubtedly the best ophthalmologist in Haldwani. Would have given zero but google doesn't have that option yet. The staff ( receptionist ) is very rude and unprofessional if u'll be a minute or two late they'll ask you to see your watch and correct it. And then they will very rudely say that your appointment is cancelled. I went their to get my mother's eyes checked but sadly returned without getting them checked.So it is suggested to Dr Sameer to appoint the staff ( receptionist ) that can understand the patient's needs and problems.
