It's a very good gym. The trainer is friendly and professional. The workout is very helpful for the body and All the equipments are up to date. The environment in the gym keeps me motivated to work out and exercise. It's the best gym for ladies.

Being the person who was stepping first time in a gym this gym was more than perfect. Be it the focus as well as nature of the trainer or the ambience of the gym it was all worth it.

Its been a year i joined this gym and i find it very much suitable for the reason it's properly equipped and the trainer is quite reasonable and proffesional. They focus on strength building and also trains client to work on their heart health by conducting regular cardio workouts on floor. Weight trainings are reasonable and they dont encourage ego lifting. Workouts are doable so i basically enjoy it. This place is worth it.
Great gym. Trainer ma'am is also very motivating. Definitely the place to go if you are looking for a safe and comfortable environment for getting fit. There are all kinds of cardio and weight training exercises. Highly recommended :)
Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. You get awesome energy and knowledge that from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense and you will love the diverse workout combinations. I have been working out here since 2 months and have experienced a lot of change at myself.
