I have been going to Vault since 3 months and it has made such a huge difference. The trainer Shabbir puts his heart into doing his job well! From diet to workout, they take of everything to help you bring out the best of yourself!
Starting with Shabbir, He is a great trainer because he focuses on the basics and techniques that a person must learn in their fitness journey. I learnt many workout techniques in 6 months of personal training with him and this helped me a lot to reach closer to my fitness goals.
Vault Fitness is really a nice place for personal training as it has enough space and equipments. The concept is really good actually. No crowd and you'll feel like its your personal gym.
It's a nice cosy personal training studio. One client and one trainer policy...so I don't need to wait for gym machines plus I got good results as well. I lost 12 kgs and my lower back pain is a lot better. The trainer here is certified and had great knowledge.
