It's a good commercial spot, but many of shops are closed. Now it's only famous for cinemax theatre. you can enjoy the movies here with low prices. It's very easy to reach here. As lots of best buses runs from here. Auto Stand facilities are also available in front of mall.

The mall looks pretty much abandoned with multiple shops torn down inside-out, the only attraction that this "mall" has is the movie theatre. The movie theatre in itself isn't too great, its functional to say the least with a just good enough experience for a cheap ticket. The pricing for snacks is literally outrageous with a single half litre water bottle costing upwards of 120 rupees! I didn't even bother checking other prices. So if you want to see a movie for a cheap price with a simulation of a movie theatre go here without hesitation.
It's very reasonable charged for movie tickets and well maintained. Parking is chargeable. Lift is working properly. Escalators are not working. Mall is partly shut due to non functioning and property is not maintained as public has shifted to Viviana Mall which is nearby This was the first Mall or second in Thane built almost 15 or may be 20 years before. Revisited the Mall after almost 15 years just to watch a movie. (As other placed movie ticket were unavailable).
The mall is average in my opinion as this place is turned commercial now there are few Shopping Store if you're going for shopping you will not get variety but this place has excellent Cinemax Theatre. As this place is now commerical and there are so many offices they should maintain the environment of Mall with working escalators and lifts also parking space is nice but I don't know why they are charging 20 Rs For parking which is a bit high in My Opinion.
