Lifestyle store sells these branded perfumes. I bought one from Guess brand recently and I wanted to exchange it. They have refused to do so. The packaging was also intact like I have showed below. They did not even provide me a bill during the purchase and just gave me receipt of payment. Now they are denying a refund. I also tried to ask them for a store credit instead of a refund, which they have refused. This is extremely unprofessional. Firstly to deny bill, secondly to not issue any refund. When asked they say they have a policy to not return perfumes. I can't see such a policy written on my receipt. I do not see how it is applicable to me. Lifestyle you have definitely lost a customer. At Lifestyle Thane, Viviana mall. Wednesday afternoon around 4 pm, expected shopping experience to be pleasant, less crowded. But only 1 trial room for ladies on the first floor, made shopping as tedious as on weekends. Not sure what is the idea of having only 1 trial room open, is it to add on to customers daily woes of life? Adding here picture of closed trial room.
