Doctors are good but the hospitality was very poor. The hospital has rude staff. One receptionist who is an old lady was not fit for the job of receptionist. Unhygienic Bathrooms Canteen has no digital payment option Need to upgrade the staff.

We went from Nepal to do spine surgery with Dr. Trivedi. They only have good doctors for Ent,Neuro and Trauma. Nurses do their job but the staffs needs to be replaced. Receptionists are worst, they act like they don't want to talk but they do because they have to. Management do need to focus on hiring qualified and experienced members. Some staff came into our rooms and asked for money personally which was embarrassing. Cleaners needs to focus on cleaning properly and follow the sanitation guidelines which they don't. Hospital don't even have a WIFI. They don't have laundry room for patient's family members who are staying at the hospital. If you are choosing a package to admit someone there, bring useful things like pillow, blanket , sheets , toilet paper, towels and handwash, hospital doesn't provide anything that's not included in the package. Also, canteen has limited option. Canteen only provides food to the patients. If you get hungry and want to buy something, you might have to order online, they don't even make decent coffee. Plus don't buy medicine from their pharmacy , they will charge you double , just buy medicine from Gupta's pharmacy just opposite to Vasal Hospital. This hospital is only good because of the doctors like Dr Trivedi and Dr Vasal and other things are just messed up. : Update: My mother is getting better everyday, after the surgery done by Dr Trivedi , her previous pain in her legs and lower back has disappeared. Dr.Trivedi did endoscopic spine surgery on my Mom. She is recovering everyday, we are glad we did a surgery through Dr.Trivedi. Please guys trust him and his work. God's with him.

I have get two surgery from this hospital of spine first time I have don't get any relief after second surgery I got relief but the pain is still coming in some time staff behaviour is very rude .after surgery I call for some suggestions but they not pic call if ans the call then make excuses that Dr not available I suggest people that don't get any treatment from vasal hospital it's just a business of earning money .I am totally shooked that there slogan is services for humanity but it's not suitable for them

Very bad experience.... Never recommend this hospital to anyone... staff is ver rude unprofessional & Lazy.. No body do their job properly.. they treat patients like a tennis ball ... Go there .. another person not my job .. go there... patient feel more worse ... we came to this place with very good mood .. left frustrated Angery and tired after 3 Hr of waiting.... I think veteran hospital staff care more to there animals... I m very disappointed and angry with this hospital and staff...

Service to humanity best hospital staff of the hospital is vary kind they will help you in everything doctors are also down to earth vary kind behavior but Dr pankaj Trivedi is doing fraud there r alot of cases against the doctor

I would have given 0 rating based on my experience. Worst hospital in entire Jalandhar. My uncle had a major accident but the staff seems very chill. They were taking things very casually and after keeping him in the ICU for 3 days, they informed us that surgeon has gone aboard so they can't perform the surgery and you should shift your patient to another hospital. The management only cares about money, they don't care if the patient has serious issue or not. I don't recommend this hospital to anyone. Don't visit this hospital and save your life and the life of your loved ones.

The only thing great about the hospital is Dr pankaj Trivedi.hospital is well cleaned and also Dr Sonia vasal keeps a check on things around to maintain a better patient environment. Reason i am rating this hospital poor is the Reception. I wonder already there are so many complaints against the reception and still nothing has been done ..Adding, our patients surgery went well thanks to the Dr pankaj Trivedi .. but i guess there is alot more i would say before recommending this hospital. Reception is definitely ruining the awesome work done by the doctors... Please improve...

I came from Kashmir , Dr told for MIR , From 12:30 pm , we are waiting it still 4:30 pm , here is only one technician for two labs , patients are too much , prefer other hospital
