Vantawng Khawhthla - Tourist attraction in Aizawl - Serchhip, India

We were there in december. we got a local guide. It was a bit hard work to climb up and down. It took around 1-1 hour. But definitely worth it. It is the most beautiful waterfall we ever seen. I love Mizoram

This is Mizoram's highest waterfalls. We visited in winter and there was not enough water. The waterfalls lies on Aizawl- Lunglei road. From road one has to take a 5 minute walk to reach the falls amidst dense jungle. The scenic view is enchanting. This is also the prime tourist attraction of Thenzawl. The forest hosts rare bird species and wildlife.

It is said that the highest waterfalls in Mizoram. It can be reached from the main road by taking 10 minutes driver in the kuchcha road to the viewing place. Out there there is watch tower and can be clearly view the beautiful waterfalls of Vantawng.

Beautiful water fall, its beauty at its highest during rainy seasons i.e. May - Sept. During November to April the water falls get diminished.

Vantawng khawhthla is a beautiful place for Tourists..it is difficult to reach the place, Most of the visit look from tower.. There is no proper road.

The view is wonderful and excellent. The tower and its surrounding may be more perfect if well maintained.
