medium sized hall for holding meetings, market stalls and marriages, it has large hall to accommodate about two hundred to three hundred people. It also has large dining area at the top floor with kitchen space. It is near to vellandivalasu kaliamman Kovil. It's relatively cheap. Even though some room doesn't have pluck points, it's good to hold engagement, baby shower function here.

Need to work more on infrastructure. No air circulation. Dining area needs to be clean.

This is very easily accessible, located on main road, next to the famous Kaliamman temple. There is no separate parking facility.
