We understand ur norms and guidelines of not allowing bcz of piracy and all other related issues.. But the fact that amidst the pandemic where we are trying our best not to creat crowd and bring more people for the business ur rules are kind of making inconvenience in our act.. Obviously when one go for buying gold this is normal to take advices of our fellow closed ones.. So just by buying something this expensive all alone is quite risky.. So I hope u folks will become a little more considerate and bring certain flexibility in ur approach by allowing to atleat grant for a video call.. In ur staff's presence.
