Bad experience. They supplied one defective product. When tried for exchange, they refused to do so as it was already 20 days past from the date of invoicing. Moreover when asked to return money, they insisted for buyback. Lastly they have deducted the making charges as well as depriciation charges and paid the rest amount. They dont know about goodwill and how to sustain a customer. They are only concern about sell, sell & only sell. Just one statement to management.. Policy are made by people only and can be rectified / modified if necessary.
