I have been going to Yoga class consecutively for the last two months and finally I felt that I should write a review now. I had severe back pain and it has always been at the back of my mind whenever I do my work. However, I started to see some change starting from Day-2 onwards and I started to feel truly relaxed and it has given a great relief for my back pain. Trust me - I am being washed, rinsed, double washed, double rinsed and fried for one hour but I feel like its truly worth my time and I am happy that I took a right decision. Go for this class and you wont regret.
My wife had severe neck sprain and took tablet for 5 days but pain didn't get reduced. Finally came here for physiotherapy and she recovered completely in 3 sittings. Exceptional care.
I had a backpain and pain in the left leg for long time as I did some crazy adventures by travelling by road and couldn't find a better solution to get rid of it. Luckily I consulted this place and they patiently analyzed by problem with some questions and immediately started treating it. Trust me the Day 1 itself was miracle as i felt like I got relived from the issue which I was struggling with for long time. Its been more than 4 months now and I'm feeling good after the magic of this place. I strongly recommend this place and you will be in right hands.
Would recommend this physiotherapy centre highly. Well trained physios and their Head Dr.Ravishankar is extremely knowledgable and is able to treat in such a way that we get relief in a few sittings. I had taken my relative for sore shoulder and tennis elbow and relief in just a few sittings. They also have programs for long term strengthening.
Excellent treatment has given for me for the postoperative stiffness by Dr.Ravi Shankar and his team especially physiotherapist Mrs Suganya & Mrs Asma and cured within 20 day's. Since having more than 15 year's experience doctor is so kind & calm. Physiotherapist also well experienced and very cooperative. Mainly having good infrastructure. So highly recommend vallalar physio centre for the postoperative problems.
