Literally I had a great experience here. The behavior of staffs were very polite and most important the food were delicious, served in a systematic way. It was far far far better than 5* hotels like lemon tree. Guys just visit it and you will definitely enjoy the food n environment there.
Valentine Cafe left me deeply disappointed. The biryani I ordered was not only old and burnt but also shockingly meager in portion size, barely filling a quarter of the container. The taste was unpalatable, and I found myself hungry shortly after. The service was equally unsatisfactory, with a tardy delivery and an indifferent attitude from the staff. What's more, the prices were disproportionately high for the dismal quality and quantity provided. I wouldn't recommend Valentine Cafe to anyone. It's best to explore other dining options that offer better value, quality, and service.
Very expensive... and they use normal bread for sandwiches... no veggies in the stuffing and no cheese, just mayo and boiled chicken... for Rs 260 it cost me Rs 100/- There is a discount, then also what the hell is this even for Rs 160/-..! Better go for coffee and cookies at sea hill. For Rs 130/- they also serve big size breads and huge quantity of chicken, vegetables and cheese.
What's more, the service was equally dreadful. My order arrived late, and the delivery person seemed utterly disinterested in providing any sort of customer service. It was evident that quality and customer satisfaction were not a priority for Valentine Cafe.
