We have explored quite a bit before finalising on this project and now after having lived here for 8 months are quite happy with our decision. The layout of each apartment is quite unique compared with the present trend that almost every other builder is imitating. Apartment is very spacious and rooms are mapped to ensure a good amount of privacy. The fittings are of top brands and workmanship is good. One important mention is unlike most other builders the care that I experienced from this team even after the sale proceedings are completed is remarkable. Special mention of their CRM, Ms. Priya who helped us through every small concern and diligently sorted out one by one with proper follow up with each concerned. It was quite heartening to note her responding to calls even on her day off and taking it up appropriately and ensuring closure. Hats off to such rare professional qualities that make the group stand apart!!
