Very nice lodging to stay. Neat and clean room and affordable. Very near to bustand and they clean room once in a day. Hot water and drinking water facility is there. Overall good experience.

Nice residency with clean environment

Excellent stay, for the price it has. No rooms have AC, but, all rooms are maintained so well, feels home. Hygenic, Staff cleans room twice a day. 500 is just nothing for that room.,

Having stayed in hotels in big cities and metros, I wasn't sure what to expect in Dharwad. To my pleasant surprise, the hotel was neat and clean for what we paid. The staff is also courteous. The place is also close to the famous Line Bazaar (just about 1km)

Nice place to stay. Clean and Maintained properly. Drinking water is available. Located in front of District Court. In house kitchen is not available but one can order food from outside.

It's good and bad as well. If you compare prices then good but if you see the rooms, pretty small rooms you'll get here and sometimes you may find some cockroaches there.

Room is quite good in clean condition. Worth of rupees 650 for 24 hours. Hot water available only in between 7 and 9 am.
