The best gym!! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get fit. The trainers are excellent and very helpful; they make you feel quite at ease and take special care of you. It's an extremely clean gym, too.

It's my first ever gym experience at Torq fitness. I must say the trainers are really good,they encourage us to perform to the best of our abilities. The gym environment is very safe and comfortable for ladies too. Overall it's a very good gym for advanced as well as for beginners. Totally recommend it!
