Rooms are not properly maintained. If you are okay to compromise * Leaky toilet pipes * Door with no or broken lock * Broken Water closet * Damaged kids toys Then this place is good otherwise. Important note: since this resort in middle of tea estate, you should know hill driving skills. Else hire experienced driver.
The only good I got the price... The bads are provided 02 contact numbers in the non range area.. For one number tried 6 times but no response.. Once went the office wait for the responsible person to end his call more than 10-15 minitues. The empty Reception only for display in entrance. To communicate nobody there. Inside room the things how the functioning there is no briefing(Some equipments not looks like normal). In rainy season may a stream in front side of the premise.. Otherwise not a recommended view.. Don't know the wifi is common or what.. Anyway we got password but the thi g is there is no internet..
Excellently located at hill top, completely away from busy town. Great views of the valley and You will definitely fall in love with nature. A great place to rejuvenate yourself. However, rooms could have been even more spacious. The food taste is good but we had only limited food choice. Mr. Balan was able to address to all our needs and his service was very good. Recommend it!
