This stay was okay not so good . Room was clean but there will be lots of insect sleeping with you. I recommend this stay only if you are on a tight budget , but if you can increase your budget little bit more to 200-300 rupee you will get good one . Location of this place was very good walking distance from Calangute beach . Since goa is night place. If you only want to keep your luggage this place if damnn good
Very Bad Experience.. Rooms were very unhygienic. Spiderwebs cover all the places. Insects, cockroaches and wall lizards will enjoy along with you (for free). No inverter facility available (due to frequent power cut). AC's not working. Window glass was broken (Even if AC works..It's of No Use). Swimming pool timings are 9:30 to 5:30 pm. (When u r busy exploring other places). We couldn't stay more than 1 horrible night. Got the refund of next 2 days. When u rely on such properties, u will suffer..Bcoz u have to search for new property on the spot at new place & for extra cost. Not recommended at all (if u really want to enjoy ur holiday). Hope the owner reads this in a positive way & makes the necessary improvements. All The Best..
Rooms were neat and tidy, for the price it's very much worth. Near to candolim beach and also shops.

A very comfortable place cheapest considering hotel prices. My overall impression is very positive, it adds some charm to the place. The room was very spacious, The cleaning was well-done. The breakfasts are also quite sufficient. If you look for modern things and luxury, it isn't for you. If you look for comfort & cosyness then it might be your choice. I'm sure I'll stay there again! If the guest has had a fantastic, trouble-free stay then, by all means, feel free to go right ahead.
Pretty calm, quiet and clean place! 1km walk to the beach. All restaurants and pubs are close by. The host Rahul will help you on the places to visit. Food is decent. Lots of open space. They have a dog, if you are planning to visit with the kid then keep the host informed. One thing they missed was to clean the rooms on a daily basis.
I went there with my college buddies and Rahul hosted us there. He made sure that everything was well in place and ready before we arrive at the guest house. His lovely mother and Sri also took a good care of us. Good hospitality and guidance by Rahul regarding the places to visit. You must try aalo paratha cooked at his kitchen.....its amazing.. Its a very peaceful place to chill around nd to rest once u are back at night after exploring different parts of Goa. Thanks for such great service Rahul.... Felt like "HOME AWAY FROM HOME "
The owner Rahul ensures that you are comfortable. The room is cleaned everyday by their smiling staff and the bedsheets changed after every 2 days. It's a good budget hotel to stay in. Rahul helps you out with getting a vehicle on rent or any sightseeing that you want to do as he knows Goa in and out.
