I am writing this review after 1 month of joining. I have been to several gym in and around Valasarawakkam.I find this gym better and cost effective than most of them. Pros: 1. Very good trainers. They care for you and teach workouts customized as per your physique. Especially Selva master, who comes in morning is very helpful.He takes care of everyone doing workouts. 2. Latest gym equipments, both cardio and weight training. Also there is huge variety of equipments.Even after 1 month I have not explored some of them. 3. Spacious and cleanliness. Also lot of parking space. Cons: There is not much negatives.Steam is closed due to govt restrictions. Overall, this is a good gym and worth for the money paid for
The gym structure is great. It will meet each and every basic need of yours. They won't even charge you much. The fees is very reasonable, compared to other gyms in the locality of equal or even lesser standards. You will need to stay calm and trust your trainers, for the results will surely appear. The trainers are very good and look very convincing. Not to forget, trainer Selva Kumar is a total vibe. He's everything you can expect, in a good humble trainer. He comes in the morning. In the evening too, you have got excellent trainers like Karthik sir. That's the beauty of this gym. You are attended and cared for, no matter which time of the day you choose to hit the gym.
