We had an amazing overnight stay at Utopia Farmstay. Sanskruti welcomed us warmly, ensuring a smooth check-in. The unexpected rains turned out to be a pleasant surprise, creating a cozy ambiance in the already charming room. Uttara ma'am ensured we were well-fed with delicious food, and the complementary Sula wine tasting and winery tour passes were a delightful bonus. We're definitely coming back for a longer stay. Highly recommend!

A quaint place close to the Gangapur dam....10 rooms around a large lawn. T he rooms are large and airy. Windows have mesh to keep insects out........though it is advisable to carry a mosquito repellent. The property is well lit at night. Each room has been decorated with woodwork from various parts of the country ( each room decor is explained & compiled in a book which is kept in your room. Other artifacts around the property have been designed and crafted by Mr. Adwait ( owner) - very pretty pieces of work including a graffiti corner and strange wooden markers along the flower beds with old brushes, for hair!!! I was intrigued by different types of wooden benches, chairs, tables. The key ring had an old cow bell, one of the windows had a nail and wire latch. All the lights, fans, lamps, AC worked well. The WC & shower curtains could be spruced up. I loved the welcome flowers on the bed.....(champa) I also loved my nameplate..... The food is simple, home cooked meals. The view from the property is quite beautiful....the gangapur lake is huge. The hosts ( Uttara & Adwait) are very warm hearted people and took extremely good care of me. It almost felt like home. My special thanks to Uttara for making my stay so comfortable.

This is one of the most beautiful place that I have stayed at. The location makes us feel happy. The lake view is absolutely breathtaking. This is a perfect place for a weekend getaway to stay and enjoy. The hosts are warm and the food is delicious. Definitely recommend this beautiful homestay in Nashik.

We had heard so much about Utopia farmstay from a friend who had a wonderful experience. We went with high expectations and also had great time. Our 11yr old son also loved the place, loved the story behind its built. Our room was very beautiful. The view to the lake from our window was special. The entire property is creatively made and in the rains it looks heavenly. Quiet & serene. Food was home cooked and yummy. The hosts are wonderful. They always take time to talk to you , get to know you, always with a smile. We even met and had easy, thoughtful conversations with some other guests. That's the vibe of the place. A must visit.

This place is one of my favourite ones. Utopia farmstays, at Nashik, the place done up with passion by the hosts Uttara and Adwait. The lush green lawn, the magically soothing sound of wind chimes welcome you at first sight itself. Home cooked hot meals and home baked cake by the hostess herself for tea time is a treat. I recommend this place for all those wanting serene beauty and quite me time as well, also for those family getting together time. The sun rise and sun sets are awesome. Lake view right in front of your eyes.

During my stay, I had the chance to reconnect with nature in the most amazing way. I took long walks through the picturesque landscapes, breathing in the sweet scent of flowers and listening to the soothing sounds of birds chirping. It was like a dream come true.
