I have a number of health issues which includes thyroid, endometriosis, anxiety and lower back pain .To overcome these health issues, I was motivated to do yoga. It was at this point that I became aware of Utkrisht Yoga.It was only through Google that I learned about it. I have been practicing Utkrisht Yoga(online) under the guidance of Umesh sir for six months now. I was diagnosed with major anxiety six months back and my doctor prescribed various medications to help me overcome my anxiety, but I chose yoga instead. During my journey of Yoga I learnt that Yoga doesn't deal with the physical wellness alone but it also has a great influence over the mental and spiritual wellness. Practicing yoga can help in stimulating the mind, body, and soul as it helps in keeping the body relaxed and in relieving the stress.
