My engagement was arranged here and done happily. I have an wonderful experience. Rooms and function hall looks beautiful. Downstairs has hotel and It's easy to arrange foods for my relatives.
Only hotel photos looks good but not rooms. Flush not works in bath room. Out of my two days stay, second day there was no hot water. When hotel in charge is questioned, he says stories. Complimentary breakfast is horrible. It will be served at the ground floor open area. Also for coffee they charged Rs 15 addition, when it's asked, they say it's not the part of complimentary breakfast. Wooden furnishing is in bad condition at hotel. So not happy with service.
The rooms facing the road are good and comfortable. An addition of a mini fridge to the room will be wonderful. Most of the staff are good and courteous. The manager Ayanar is pleasant and helpful.
Worst rooms and ever had this experience...Not recommended for family staying.

The boy acting as manager has been fooling the guest and without noticing charging for extra hours 50% of the rent, not giving room service of water and toiletries and room cleaning.The hotel in itself not good and the staff onthe top of it is not coperative
