Urban Cafe is the best among the other 5 star properties in Chandigarh. I have been visiting here for various occasions or just to spend some quality time with my family since 3 years now and not once they have disappointed us I love their dimsums and the lavish brunch buffet on Sundays. Also if you happen to visit here then do leave room for desserts in your stomach cause they are the best
We visited once this restaurant for dinner specially when I was on Chandigarh tour and we enjoyed a lot there by eating varioush dishes.. I would suggest if you are going there or in Chandigarh enjoy this place by sitting and eating.....
I visited this place on 22 sep 2033. however, the food served was cold and did not taste great. It seemed some of the items were stale making it uneasy to binge. The overall quality of food was below average. I am very dissatisfied. Will not recoomend to anyone.
I have had breakfast there a couple of times with my family and loved the experience. Complimentary valet service to park your car, extensive options in the menu. Best option to spend time with family. Their food options cover everyone from children to elderly.
5 for the starters. The most delicious starters I ever had in chandigarh. Especially the grilled and tandoor corner. Every single dish was well balanced with the spices and perfectly cooked. I was able to relish the flavours. 4 with such a great experience of started and main course. The desserts were little disappointing. 4 for the unavailability of cutlery. So overall its a 4 My guests and I loved it.
A Recipe has no soul, The chef itself has to add soul to the recipe . Chef Han who is from Beijing China did a phenomenal job by keeping the authentic taste of his chinese delicacies yet altering it to match the punjabi palate. Urban Cafe is one of the best fine dine restaurants in chandigarh and they recently organized a chinese food festival. in this Festival Chef Han served us with some delicious chinese food. we were served with Steamed chicken and prawn dumplings Steamed tofu(beautifully crafted by chef) Steamed fish with black bean sauce Lamp chops Chicken skewers Veg hakka noodles Steamed Chicken Barbeque. Everything was cooked to perfection. I don't think there is any place in city serving such authentic food. Our food was accompanied by there Indian buffet. And ended with some delicious desserts. My overall experience was a thumbs up here.
