Keep the service as it is.... The brightness of this hospital will be brighter then ever. Smiling staffs & Doctors really cares. Helping nature and dedicating to patients is what I have found in this hospital.

Am working women my office time 9hours so I get heavy back pain long days, after getting treatment Dr kalai selvi dgo , mam now feeling well. Thank to mam.

Dr Visal Raj & Dr Joy Viknesh is good. Sisters & sister superintendent is good. But language problem.

I was admitted my father in this hospital for Covid-19 treatment dated: 10-06-2021. In second day they shifted my father to ICU Ward by informing to us. Here ICU ward was not air conditioned one ,only ICU equipment's are available. After 2 weeks treatment at ICU, at last moment they shifted my father to a normal ward without informing us. It may be given more depression to my father and even we could not talk with him. In 2nd day, we lost my father in this hospital last week. Still we are awaiting for Death discharge summary and Bills and death certificate. Pros: Consultant was good Cons: -Need more follow-up about treatment, whether medicine & foods are given on time and properly. This may be informed to patient attenders when they are seeking this information. -Duty doctors(Sathish Sreetharan) are always rough talking with patient attenders(with me, my mother & brother). We could not see politeness talking at any point of time, when attenders are already in depression and while seeking for minor information's. This must be looked by management and need an improvement. -Treatment transparency is missing. This may be need an improvement. I could not say thanks to any one of this hospital. As my father passed away in this hospital. Expecting smooth process from Universal Hospital management at least for getting Death discharge summary, Bills and Death certificate.

Moderate hospitality. Shortage of staffs and medicine. Room services aren't that much good. Management doesn't provide enough care takers for patients. Nurses named yogeswaari, vennila, karthika, shanmuga Priya and Banu amma's level of concern and service given to us and shown was very comfortable and made us relief from this pandemic. And care takers Shakuntala amma and manimegalai amma took care of us completely. special thanks to them.

I admitted in universal hospital Salem. Due to covid.They take me good care... Good food. Staffs-banu, Prakash other two members do know the name but took care well. Little bit to increase house keeping maid... Thanks universal.. Special thanks (god) Doctor. you give me life.
