Pros: 1. I was an emergency patient and I barely waited to be helped after check in. 2. Emergency day care staffs are doing their job well. 3. The system from reception to doctor's chamber is well organized. 4. The building is maintained clean. 5. Dr. Roy listens to you carefully and is very quick in diagnosing. 6. Getting reappointments with the doctor was fast n easy. Cons: 1. No prompt replies or even no replies from the phone numbers for medicine queries. 2. Drug store passage is too narrow and congested for patients purchasing medicines and commuters. 3. Only patients are allowed to use the elevator and not the person came alongwith the patient which is so lame. A patient shouldn't be left alone. Unity has bigger and better ambitions. It just needs some time, soon it will be the best gastro & liver hospital.

This hospital couldn't satisfied me. In this digital and smart days they don't care about online booking. The rate of the test are unknown to the staffs among themselves. There is a lot to write against this hospital which I have faced but it is useless. Public are helpless. Patients need doctors so they need to rush there. I felt the service is poorest than the GB hospital. I will suggest each and everyone not to go for health check up in this hospital.

Dr. Amitabha Roy is the best doctor to resolve any kind of digestive system related issue.Very hardworking doctor.Although some people(fools)will say that he recommends unnecessary tests for money.But there are very dangerous diseases(cancer) of bowel thats only treatable even curable if caught early otherwise it's preety much death sentence.I think he wants to rule out any of that.So if you are having any kind of symptoms of bowel for 3-4 weeks go consult him immediately.

The doctors are extremely competent and deserving of more recognition, they were able to diagnose something that had been undiagnosed by multiple doctors including consultation from other states before we went in. HOWEVER, their staff, right from the guards to lab staff, as medical professionals or related to service of human being... have NO HUMANITY or empathy within them! My mother needed urgent care and diagnosis and when the doctor sent in my mother to get an ECG, based on which it was discovered that she was having a heart attack, the staff delayed the test and made us wait in an empty waiting room while they were merrily chatting and having the time of their life, sharing tiffins and snacks. While my mother (who needed that immediate diagnosis) and I who was watching her suffer in pain, waited for them to finish off their gala time, not to mention they were aggressive with us when we tried to ask them to fasten the process! So only go there if you have direct access to the doctors, and do not do your tests there until they make some definitive changes within their inhuman staff!

Delays in everything on a single report...Doctor was good and his behavior is excellent...But the stuff of this hospital appearing more than the doctor don't listen the point of the patients and doing their owns...

He is not a doctor, he is a greedy businessman. If any person is planning to go there keep at least 10k to 15k, because the whole business structure is like that. Every person going there suggested some checkup package for diagnosis, whether, in reality, it will be required or not doesn't matter, then the patient has to go for all these diagnoses it will minimum cost them 10k at least, PLOT TWIST: this diagnosis Centre owned by his wife . So After that, he will suggest some medicine (High-cost medicine because of good commission) or do the other things which he wants to do, after that if the patient still has an issue they have to visit again after 3/6 months, and then again the whole process will be executed. He is doing business with the patient that's it. He is a business freak person.

In this hospital,There is good and supportive staff, they have deal very soft. The doctor is also very good and give us best solution and prescribed good medicine, I am suffering with GERD problem since long time.then visited to meet Dr.Amitava Roy and he has prescribed few medicines, I have teken 10days and feel 50-60% relief.

Hospital staff behaviour is not good. But Dr. Amitav sir is very good person as a doctor. His behaviour, Diagnosis and treatment Unbelievable.
